If you are between 12 and 18 years old, simply fill out the below registration form, and you will become an Air Cadet with 555 Maple Leaf Squadron!
The registration form can be completed and signed virtually.
In addition, the following documents must be sent electronically for the registration of a cadet:
- A copy of health insurance card issued by a Canadian Provincial Government or a proof of private insurance if you are not covered by the public plan.
- A copy of Proof of legal residence in Canada (Canadian birth certificate, Canadian citizenship certificate, Canadian passport, Canadian permanent resident card or a Canadian Government issued visa except for tourist/visitor and refugee visas).
Upon receipt, you may then attend the next training night according to our calendar.
