If you are between 12 and 18 years old, simply send the registration form to [email protected] and you will become an Air Cadet with 555 Maple Leaf Squadron!
The registration form can be completed and signed virtually then sent electronically to [email protected]
In addition, the following documents must be sent electronically for the registration of a cadet:
- A copy of health insurance card issued by a Canadian Provincial Government or a proof of private insurance if you are not covered by the public plan.
- A copy of Proof of legal residence in Canada (Canadian birth certificate, Canadian citizenship certificate, Canadian passport, Canadian permanent resident card or a Canadian Government issued visa except for tourist/visitor and refugee visas).
